此片讓更多的歪果仁有機(jī)會了解中國的“省委”、“市委”，以及各種高大上的政府機(jī)構(gòu)的組織架構(gòu)和協(xié)作關(guān)系。
也許在雅思等出國語言的考試上會出現(xiàn)一些相關(guān)的詞匯翻譯，所以呢今天小胖就給大家科普一下，“省委書記”、“廳長”、“局長”這些官場名詞怎么翻譯，它們之間又是什么關(guān)系，往下看你就知道了~

“書記”是非常有中國特色的政治稱謂，其實(shí)就是“秘書”，所以用secretary就可以了。
“漢東省委”的全稱是“中國共產(chǎn)黨漢東省委員會”，其實(shí)也就是“漢東省級黨委會”。
“省級”對應(yīng)的英文是provincialalternate；“黨委會”可以表達(dá)為Party Committee；那么“漢東省委”比較標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的英文表達(dá)就是“Handong Provincial Party Committee”。
“漢東省委書記”的表達(dá)就出來了：Secretary of Handong Provincial Party Committee（注意：這是一個專有名詞，所以要大寫首字母）。
官職中的“書記”還有一個相對簡單的表達(dá)：party chief，指黨委書記。因此，“漢東省委書記”也可以稱為the Handong Provincial Party Chief，或the Party Chief of Handong Province。

“漢東省委副書記”比較容易翻譯，在剛才“漢東省委書記”前面加上一個“副”字就好了。
而“副”在英文中有這么幾個詞：vice, deputy, associate。
一般來說，vice使用較廣，比如副總統(tǒng)（vice president）、副總理（vice premier）、副部長（vice minister）、副省長（vice governor）、副校長（vice principal）。
學(xué)術(shù)頭銜的“副職”通常用 associate，比如說：副教授（associate professor）、副研究員（associate researcher）。
而跟director、dean、secretary搭配的“副職”，通常用deputy。
根據(jù)這個規(guī)律，“漢東副省委書記”我們可以說：the Deputy Secretary of Handong Provincial Party Committee，或the Deputy Party Chief of Handong Province。
另外，育良書記還是“政法委書記”。這個“政法委”怎么翻？
“政法委”對應(yīng)的英文是Political and Legal Affairs Commission，“漢東省政法委”即the commission for political and legal affairs of the CPC Handong provincial committee。
“漢東省政法委書記”就可以說成：the head/secretary of the commission for political and legal affairs of the CPC Handong provincial committee。

達(dá)康書記是省委常委，“省委”的英文表達(dá)剛才搞定了，那么“常委”用英語怎么說？
其實(shí)“常委”就是“常務(wù)委員會”的簡稱，英語叫standing committee，這個standing不是“站立的”，而表示“固定的”意思。
“漢東省委常委”就可以說成Member of the Standing Committee of Handong Provincial Party Committee。
“京州市委書記”這個職位，套用剛才省委書記的說法，把“省級”（provincial）換成“市級”（Municipal）就可以了，全稱是：the Secretary of Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee。

“漢東省人民檢察院”，the People's Procuratorate of Handong Province，因此，“漢東省人民檢察院檢察長”的英文即the Chief Procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Handong Province。

侯亮平有兩個身份，一個是漢東省人民檢察院反貪局局長，這個反貪局是漢東省人民檢察院下面的，因此翻譯為：the Bureau Against Corruption and Bribery of the People's Procuratorate of Handong。
那么“局長”怎么說呢？其實(shí)外國的行政級別不像中國分得那么細(xì)致，“廳長”、“司長”、“局長”alternate他們都用一個詞：director，因此“漢東省人民檢察院反貪局局長”我們可以翻譯為：the Director of the Bureau Against Corruption and Bribery of the People's Procuratorate of Handong。
另一個身份是最高檢反貪局偵查處處長，這個反貪局更高一級，是最高檢下面的，翻譯為：the General Bureau Against Corruption and Bribery of the Supreme People's Procuratorate。
“偵查處”可以翻譯為：the Investigation Division，“處長”我們?nèi)杂胐irector來表示，因此“最高檢反貪局偵查處處長”譯作：the Director of the Investigation Division of the General Bureau Against Corruption and Bribery of the Supreme People's Procuratorate。
