　　2017年9月發(fā)展趨勢英文，HelloCareer發(fā)布發(fā)展趨勢英文了最新的外籍人才在華就業(yè)調(diào)查報告。報告顯示，2017年在華的外籍人才來源十分分散。其中，40%來自歐洲，29%來自北美，11%來自非洲，8%來自亞洲，7%來自澳洲。這些來自不同國家的外籍人才分布于各行各業(yè)，但最多的仍集中在營銷及教育行業(yè)，分占23%與21%。

　　In September 2017, HelloCareer released the latest survey report into the employment situation of foreign talent in China. The report shows that in 2017, such talent come from many different places. Among them, 40% came from Europe, 29% from North America, 11% from Africa, 8% from Asia, and 7% came from Australia. These foreign talents are distributed across all walks of life, although most of them focus on marketing and education, accounting for 23% and 21% respectively.

　　另外，58%的外籍人才目前年薪在20萬人民幣以下，72%的外籍人才的期望年薪在20萬人民幣以上。一方面，來自歐美國家的求職者不再滿足于做簡單的外教工作，另一方面，來自非英語母語國家的求職者，因為不符合相關(guān)任職資格，連一份外籍教師的工作也很難找到。

　　In addition, 58% of foreign talents’ annual pay is below 200,000 yuan, while 72% expect annual pay higher than this amount. Job seekers from Europe and America are not satisfied with becoming foreign language teachers, but those from non-English-speaking countries cannot even find these jobs as they don’t have the required qualifications.

　　為了更直觀地了解外籍人才的招聘現(xiàn)狀，并為企業(yè)與海外人才提供更為平等的交流場合，在發(fā)布2017外籍人才在華就業(yè)調(diào)查報告的同時，HelloCareer攜手HRoot、HR沙龍等數(shù)家人力資源機構(gòu)，及京滬兩地高校的外籍留學(xué)生組織，于2017年9月15日、22日分別在上海和北京舉辦2017“老外說”國際人才交流沙龍。
